B&E smart Web Solution Service Description

Web page design and implement service

B&E designs one consistant layout for for your web site. Each web page may include maximum of 4 pictures/images, which are supplied by you in digital format. The page content has maximum of 500 words, unless extra content supplied by you in digitial format. However, B&E reserves the right to charge extra service fee when the page content is over 5,000 words.

eForm design and implement service

B&E designs and implements up to 2 eForms for your web site. Information submitted in the eForm will be forwarded to your personal email account automatically.

Search Engines submission

B&E submits your Front / Home page to more than 40 search engines on the Internet.
The Search Engines are:

The submission does not grantee your web page will be listed in all submitted search engines, as the search engines reserve the right to decide whether or not list your web page at the end.

B&E Smart Web Solution Service Charges

B&E smart web solution package costs $ 1,999. This price only covers the services mentioned above. For any extra services such as:

• Add or update extra pages or page contents.
• Redesign page layout and banner after the web page is published.
• Design and implement extra graphic, business logo, Java Applet, Flash, Animation, 3D effect
• Any other special effects.
• CGI programming such as Java, Perl, ASP, Java Script, PHP etc.
• Database set up and connection.
• Any other server side set up and re-configuration.

B&E charges $60 (+ GST) per hour.

Domain registration

B&E provides domain name registration and renewal services to you, services charge $100 + GST per year.
Here is the list of domain formats and minimum terms available for register.

• Yourname.com ($100 + GST for one year)
• Yourname.net ($100 + GST for one year)
• Yourname.org ($100 + GST for one year)
• Yourname.biz ($200 + GST for two years)
• Yourname.info ($200 + GST for two years)
• Yourname.com.au ($200 + GST for two years)
• Yourname.biz.au ($200 + GST for two years)
• Yourname.net.au ($200 + GST for two years)

Web hosting

B&E is not a web hosting supplier, however B&E is partner of many Australia best web hosting providers. N&E can refer the best hosting service for your web with not extra charge. In addition, B&E also provides server side set up for you for free during the initial period. The set up includes mail accounts, email forwarding and email auto-responder. The initial period is one week after the web site is published. For extra server side set up or update after the initial period, B&E reserves the right to charge the standard service fee, which is $60 + GST per hour.

You have the right to select and transfer your domain name to any other web hosting parties / suppliers. However, you must agree to pay the set up, transfer and web hosting fees, which are charged by the web hosting parties / suppliers.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Development Fee

• Full development fee must be pay before the web site is published to the Internet, or one week after the materials are developed.

Domain name Registration and Web hosting Fee

• Full Domain name Registration fee must be paid prior the registration
• Full Web hosting fee must be paid prior the web hosting account activated.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Domain name registration fee is non-refundable as the domain will be still registered
on the Internet until the end of the registration period.

Any web page development fees paid by you are non-refundable after the web page is published on the Internet.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold B&E harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against B&E. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless B&E against liabilities arising out of:

(1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with your web pages, which are developed by B&E.

(2) any material supplied by you infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party.

(3) copyright infringement.

(4) any defective products sold to customer from your web sites which are developed by B&E.

B&E will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer, B&E makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.
B&E disclaims any warranter merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by B&E and its employees.
